🗓 – Dates: June 2nd, 3rd and 4th of 2023

📍 – Location: Roquetas de Mar, Almería, Spain

💲 – Cost:

• • Triple or Quadruple Room: 210 € / person (160 € siblings under 12 years old companion, not players).
  • Double Room: 225 € / person (180 € siblings under 12 years old companion, not players).

🚌 – Bus: Departure from Marbella and Transfers to the Stadium included.

• Bus will leave during Friday morning, time to be confirmed.
• All players must travel by Bus.
• Players from 6, 7 and  8 years old (Peque, Estrellita, Benjamín 1st year) must come accompanied by 1 adult family member. The other family members can go on the bus or in their own cars, as they prefer. The cost is the same.
• Players from 9 (Benjamín 2nd year) till 16 years old (Cadete) can go alone on the bus, since they are adults enough and the coaches will be looking after them, although the best situation is that the young kids any family can be in charge of, a team mate family.
• Travel Time: Marbella – Almería: around 3:30h
• Return: Depending on the Teams performance, if they qualify to the finals or not. Arriving to Marbella around Sunday evening.

🏨 – Hotel: Hotel 4 **** | All inclusive

• Hotel Porto Magno: Ver Mapa
• All players will stay at the same Hotel.
• All meals are included from Friday Dinner to Sunday Lunch (both included)
• Players Parents of kids of 6, 7 and 8 years (Peque, Estrellita and Benjamin 1st year) must stay in the same Hotel room with their children.
• Players Parents of 9 years (Benjamín 2nd year) to 16 years old (Cadete) it is advised that you stay in the same hotel, however you can find accommodation in another hotel. Kids can share rooms without any adult under Coach supervision or stay in other family room.

🏆 –  Trip Structure and Tournament:

• Friday:
  • Morning: Trip to Almería by Bus.
  • Lunch: We will eat during the trip, meal not included in the price. We will try to find a restaurant than can host us for a fixed price.

  • Afternoon: Free time, Pool, Beach, Visit the City, etc…

  • Evening: Dinner at the Hotel.

• Saturday:
  • Morning:
    • Breakfast at the Hotel.
    • Groups Phase Matches: Peque, Estrellitas, Benjamínes
    • Alevínes, Infantil and Cadete: Free time, Pool, Beach, Visit the City, Watch other Club Team Matches, etc…
    • Lunch at the Hotel

  • Afternoon:
    • Groups Phase Matches: Alevín, Infantil and Cadete
    • Peque, Estrellitas, Benjamínes: Free time, Pool, Beach, Visit the City, Watch other Club Team Matches, etc…

    • Breakfast at the Hotel
    • Final Phase Categories: All Categories (Only the teams that qualify)

Can I travel in my car and how much would it cost?

The player compulsory travels on the bus with his/her teammates. Parents who wish can travel on their own, in that case they will be in charge of their transportation. The cost is the same as if you were traveling by bus.

Can I stay in another hotel?

The player compulsory stay at the hotel and travel on the bus, parents who wish can stay at another hotel, there is no problem. In this case they must take care of their own transport and hotel reservation, they will not be able to travel on the bus from the hotel to the stadium.

If I travel by car and stay at the same hotel, will I have a seat booked for me on the bus to go from the hotel to the soccer fields?

In this case, we do not guarantee that there will be a place, although since the teams play at different times (some in the morning and others in the afternoon) likely there will be a place available to travel from the hotel to the stadium on the bus with the team. In the case that there is no place, you will be in charge of your own transportation from the hotel to the stadium.

If I can’t go on the trip and my child can, can he/she travel alone?

Yes, except if he/she is under 9 years old, in that case, or someone is traveling with him/her or a family must be left in charge and stay in their room.

If my son is over 9 years old, will he/she be able to travel alone and where would he/she sleep?

In this case, your child can travel alone and he/she will be sleeping in rooms with other players in the same situation or rooms with other families.
