Our teaching method is based on guided learning. Through questioning and answering, we make the players think to deliver great solutions, this style of communication will build confidence and actively promote self awareness, which aids their development.
Positive environment, positive outcome
The positive environment in which we promote and work within makes the players feel comfortable. The players can express themselves on and off the field without fear.
Feedback to Learn
The use of the Sandwich Technique when making an improvement is a process we use in all categories and consists of:
- Positive reinforcement by highlighting success to date and building from it. This uses a positive starting point.
- Understanding the improvement needed through questions which helps the player to find the solution.
- Conclusion, a new positive reinforcement of the agreed outcome that encourages the player to continue improving whilst playing and learning. This technique delivers development in a positive manor.
Capacity development
We will challenge the players with exercises where the ball will always be present. We will develop their abilities, resistance, strength, speed and mental strength. These will be developed by hard work, learning and having fun.
Content progression
All sessions are structured and age appropriate. The coaches will coach at the correct level in concepts and difficulty, adapted and suitable to the ages and abilities of the player.
