We are very proud and glad to announce the collaboration agreement between the prestigious CD El Ejido 2012 of the 2nd RFEF and CD Sportcab Marbella.
After many years of work and unsuccessful attempts to create conventions and agreements that create synergies within our town, Marbella and San Pedro Alcántara, CD El Ejido 2012 has seen in our Club an opportunity to extend its networks and hire players, valuing CD Sportcab Marbella as a good coaching structure where both Clubs will be able to develop and work in an aligned way to promote sport and the development of young promises.
The Agreement
This agreement will provide the players with opportunities to continue growing and reach higher goals in a professional team.
Igualmente servirá a Entrenadores del Club para continuar formándose, adquiriendo conocimientos de la mano de la experiencia de los profesionales del CD El Ejido 2012, absorbiendo y aprendiendo de su metodología.
It will also provide to the Club Coaches a continue learning path, acquiring knowledge from the experience of CD El Ejido 2012 professionals, absorbing and learning from their methodology.

Alejandro, the President of CD El Ejido 2012, was very happy and cooperative with the agreement, opening the doors of his Club, which has a large grassroots of around 1,000 players in Almeria and a Senior team that plays in the 2nd RFEF.
It should be noted that since Alejandro’s arrival at the Almería Club, the enthusiasm of both the Club Grassroot and the teams in the Almería area for the Club has grown tremendously. He is creating a solid structure, with an image and values of a big Club.
More projects are planned that will be announced.

The Directors Sergio Caballero Marín and Diego Vera Idoate and the other members of CD Sportcab Marbella are very happy and convinced that this agreement will help the progression of the Club and especially the projection of the footballers.

The President
Alejandro Bouza is the President of the Club, Former Professional Soccer Player, Former Soccer Agent and Former Vice President of the Association of Agents Argentina.
Since his arrival at the Club 2 years ago, his idea was and still is: “Contribute to making the Club bigger and a Club open to all“.
In his presentation he pointed out: “We are going to make a club where our academy is going to be very important. I want the boy from El Ejido who is 18 years old and who plays well, to already participate in the first team.”
Alejandro shows a lot of empathy with the player, desire, drive and daring to count on young players without regard to their age, but to their performance.
Alejandro commented: “We have to speed up the times, the boys have to grow and evolve. I want to open up the entire youth academy so that it becomes the one for the entire region, the club where everyone wants to come, because it will be easy to get to the first team“.
Alejandro’s philosophy is very similar to that of CD Sportcab Marbella, hence the ease of creating this collaborative agreement.
