Rafael Del Amo, Vice President of the RFEF (Royal Spanish Football Federation), President of the FNF (Navarra Football Federation) and Director of the Absolute Women’s National Team, personally invited Diego Vera Idoate, (Co-Founder and Co-Director with Sergio Caballero Marín of our Club CD Sportcab Marbella), to the Box of Authorities to witness the match that took place yesterday Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in Marbella at the Lorenzo Cuevas stadium, between the national women teams: Spain vs Mexico.
Diego Vera was a player for 3 and a half years at Peña Sport de Tafalla, Navarra, a club where Rafael Del Amo was President for many years, reaping many successes during these years.
The Club managed to reach the 16th Final of the Spanish King Cup, where it was eliminated by C.A. Osasuna. In the same season the Club managed to achieve promotion to the Second Division B.
Sponsor Deikko, awarded everyone with a spectacular trip to China for 2 weeks, during which they were able to play several matches with teams from Beijing. The city was then preparing to play the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
