PDPP: Professional Development Program for Sportcab Players
(Training and labor insertion)
At Sportcab we want to provide, apart from comprehensive training at a football level, we want to develop and train future Coaches and prepare and introduce them to the world of work. The PDPP, Professional Development Program for Sportcab Players, is designed for this purpose.
√ The idea
Through this program, we intend to provide an opportunity for our players to start and enter the job market, being guided and supervised by our Coaches, while obtaining remuneration.
√ Objetive
To give training to our players, while they obtain a license, they take on more responsibility, get remuneration and personal development, acquiring skills such as group management, organization of a session, control of emotions, analysis of the moments of the game/training, management of complicated situations, planning, strategy, public speaking, etc…
√ Method
Through practice in training sessions as an assistant, prior planning and subsequent analysis, the Sportcab player will acquire skills that he/she can develop and incorporate into his repertoire.
The training we offer is 360, Technical, Tactical, Physical and Psychological Preparation.
All this guided by great professionals with experience and maximum licensed, who will help you achieve their goals.
√ License
Sportcab wants to help finance the cost of the basic Qualification/License of the future new coach, with which he/she will be able to acquire knowledge in the Course and implement it in the Club’s training sessions.
This degree will give them the opportunity to train and will open doors for you to progress and increase responsibility, competition, group level and remuneration.
√ Private trainings
We will teach the player so that he will be able to do private training in the future. We carry out all kinds of private training, with individual or group sessions. We develop the training based on the general objectives of the player so that he can progress at his level.
These are training sessions in which both Goalkeepers and/or Players receive specialized and adequate training for maximum performance.
√ Camps
One of the activities that Sportcab carries out is also Football Camps during the Summer vacation season, Half Term, Christmas, Semana Blanca and Easter.
The PDPP: Professional Development Program for Sportcab Players includes training in this type of event, which will help the player to continue practicing as a Coach and earn extra income.
